PARKING

The home is spread out over three levels with a few stairs connecting each floor.

There are bedrooms and bathrooms on the first and second floors. The main entry, living room, kitchen, and garage are on the top (3rd) floor. There is a door to the patio and hot tub on the first floor.

When the snow melts, enjoy boating, paddleboarding, fishing, hiking, and mountain biking. Just about 2 miles from the home is Jordanelle Reservoir. Year-round, Park City’s nearby Historic Main Street awaits with boutique shopping, fine dining, live music, and art galleries.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The fully equipped kitchen includes a blender, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher detergent. Bathrooms offer shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer. Enjoy luxury linens, towels, and hot tub towels. Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV are provided. A laundry room with detergent is available. Additional amenities include a BBQ grill, hot tub. Free parking is available. Ski and snowboard storage is available.



Pet Policy Rules

Pet Approval: Only pre-approved pets are allowed under 30lbs. Please specify the type, breed, and size of your pet in your reservation.

Pet Cleaning Fee: An extra cleaning fee of $65 is required.

Number of Pets: A Maximum of 1 pet per stay.

Pet Behavior: Pets must be well-behaved, and owners are responsible for any damage, disturbances, or injuries caused by their pets.

Furniture & Premises: Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds. Please bring your own pet bedding.

Leash & Restraint: Pets must be leashed or restrained when outside the property, including in shared areas.

Waste Disposal: Guests must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste properly.

Noise Control: Please keep pets quiet to avoid disturbing neighbors.

Health & Safety: Pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations and free from fleas or parasites.

Additional Charges: Any damages or excessive cleaning required due to pets will be deducted from the pet deposit.

Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their pets' behavior and any damages or injuries caused.
