You will find two refined bedrooms each equipped with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm (one of them can also offer two single beds of 90 cm x 200 cm), a modern bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, as well as a fully equipped kitchen open to a pleasant living room.
The bedding is top-of-the-range and new (mattresses, new duvets and pillows) - Two pillow choices (low or high)

A baby cot is available on request.

Living room:
The living room has a 3-seater sofa (non-convertible) and an armchair for your moments of relaxation.
An adjustable flat screen will allow you to watch your favorite movies, equipped with all the applications (Orange TV etc.).

Kitchen:
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, coffee machine, kettle, food processor, toaster, and a large fridge (new).

Dining room:
A dining area near the kitchen with a table for 4 people with a 120 cm diameter table with its 4 chairs (new furniture).

All rooms are air-conditioned, new appliances with night function for a restful silence.

Laundry room:
The apartment has a washing machine (11kgs) and a dryer (new appliances).

Private garden:
Outside, the private garden is a real haven of peace.
Enjoy a furnished dining area, comfortable garden furniture for 5 people and a reading area conducive to relaxation under the Provençal sun.

Swimming pool:
The swimming pool of the residence is spacious and comfortable will satisfy all travelers, it is also close to the apartment.
A petanque court is located near the swimming pool (bowls available in the apartment).

For your comfort, linen is provided (sheets, towels and essential linen) and a high-speed Wi-Fi connection is available free of charge throughout your stay.
