Wide views over Nisser lake and mountains

This cabin in Treungen is located by Lake Nisser and features large windows that offer sweeping views of the lake and mountains. The windows extend high and wide, allowing you to enjoy the landscape from inside throughout your entire stay, summer and winter alike.



Inside, the cabin is cozy and inviting, and the large windows let in light and views from every angle. Cross-country ski trails run right past the cabin in the winter, and the cabin serves as a great base for excursions in both seasons.



Right by the cabin, about 50 meters along the road toward Nisser, there’s a small beach perfect for swimming and sunbathing. In the evening, you can build a campfire and grill there. The Allambergnatten hike starts right from the cabin, and Langfjell offers panoramic views with a steep ascent and a flat mountain plateau.



Treungen has cafes and a restaurant by the water. The alpine ski slope at Gautefall is 20–30 minutes away and features equipment rentals and a restaurant; Vrådal is 45–60 minutes away. You can rent kayaks, canoes, and bicycles locally, and the Fyresdal Tree-Top Trail is suitable for all ages.
