This delightful romantic getaway for two lies on the outskirts of the Yorkshire village of Moulton. You’re just 7 miles away from Richmond, the charming, historic market town famous for its dramatic 11th-century Norman castle, cobbled market square, Georgian architecture, and picturesque walks along the banks of the River Swale. Just outside Richmond lies the wonderfully preserved ruins of Easby Abbey, now in the care of English Heritage and well worth a visit. Keen golfers might fancy a round or two at Richmond Golf Club. For nature lovers and walking enthusiasts, there is much on offer within easy reach: head into the Yorkshire Dales (8.5 miles), where you could visit Calver Hill (20 miles) and Aysgarth Falls (22.5 miles), or choose the North York Moors for an outdoor adventure (19 miles).
Heading up the private stairway, your holiday begins. With an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the apartment has a welcoming ambience. The cosy lounge space features inviting furniture, a wood burner and a Smart TV. Lose yourself in the pages of a good book or flick through the TV channels for an evening of light entertainment.
