About this cottage rental
This charming cottage is perfect for exploring the delightful village of Seahouses, with its fantastic beach, bustling harbour and a host of restaurants, friendly pubs and a great range of shops all nearby. From here you can take a boat trip to the Farne Islands, or enjoy the coastal path to the pretty village of Bamburgh, home to a magnificent historic castle, as well as a glorious beach, a great range of shops, restaurants and cafes, and the RNLI Grace Darling Museum. The coastal path will also take you to Beadnell with its fabulous beach and famous bay renowned for water sports. Also nearby are Dunstanburgh Castle, Alnwick Castle and Garden, the Holy Island of Lindisfarne and Cragside House.
On entering this charming, cosy holiday cottage you will find yourself in the bright and welcoming lounge, with plenty of comfy seating, a flame effect electric fire and TV. Exploring further you will find an additional lounge as part of a lovely open-plan lounge/diner. With TV/DVD, with Netflix, and a choice of books, games, DVDs and games consoles, this is a great space to unwind in after a fantastic day enjoying your holiday. Guest can also enjoy some competitve fun for all the family with the pool table, air hockey, darts and table tennis. You will also find a delightful dining area with a wood burner effect heater and CD, where you can enjoy a meal in style. Moving into the attractively designed and spacious kitchen, you will find it fully equipped with an eye level electric oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and TV. Going upstairs, you will find three cosy bedrooms, all with plenty of storage space. There’s a king-size room, a twin room and a single bedroom. You will also find a bathroom complete with a shower over the large 'P' shaped bath and a WC.
Stepping outside you can sit back and relax in the enclosed lawn garden to the rear of the cottage, with a bench style seat, patio table and chairs. There is ample parking space for up to 2 cars on the private driveway. Guests also have access to the spacious garage which houses the pool table, table tennis and a dart board for great laughs with the whole family. The garage is also ideal for storing bicycles, diving equipment, surf gear, golf clubs and suitcases.
