This property is located close to Devon’s border with Dorset and Somerset and the historic market town of Axminster is just three miles away, offering a range of interesting shops, Millars Farm Shop and some well-regarded restaurants, including The River Cottage Canteen, which offers fresh produce grown at nearby River Cottage, of television fame. One of the most popular destinations in the area is the town of Lyme Regis, popular with those who have an interest in fossils and palaeontology, thanks to its prime location on the famous Jurassic Coast. The property is also close to Shute Barton National Trust. The seaside town of Seaton also makes a lovely place for a day out, thanks to its with its vintage tramway which takes visitors on an enjoyable three-mile ride through the Axe Valley.
On entering this attractive former-piggery, guests will discover the light and airy, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, where the owners have added some thoughtful and attractive touches to create a stylish yet homely retreat. with comfortable seating, dining table, TV/DVD, as well as floor-to-ceiling windows which look out over the garden.
