Famous for its sunsets, striking striped cliffs, golden sands and Sea Life Centre, ‘Sunny Hunny’ is a fine choice for traditional family fun. If you’re in the mood for something more serene, the Sandringham Royal Estate (12.5 miles) is en-route, and has a 20,000-acre parkland and fabulous children’s play area, both of which are open and free to visit all year round. Another local must-see, Norfolk Lavender is at Heacham, 18 miles from your doorstep.
