The accommodation has a capacity for 6 people and offers a warm and comfortable atmosphere thanks to its 2 bedrooms, a bright living room with Smart TV, fireplace and 1.40cm sofa bed, as well as a fully equipped independent kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Italian coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchenware for a worry-free stay. It also has air conditioning throughout the property, central heating, cot, high chair and mosquito nets in all rooms. 🏡✨



The main feature of the house is its fantastic outdoor space. You will find a spacious terrace, garden, charcoal barbecue, private fenced swimming pool for greater peace of mind for families and an outdoor bathroom with shower, perfect for comfortably enjoying the pool area. ☀️🏊‍♂️🍖



The property also has parking within the plot and modern electric blinds that provide extra comfort during your stay.



Your location is ideal for discovering Coín, Alhaurín el Grande, the Sierra de las Nieves, Marbella, Fuengirola, the Caminito del Rey and numerous natural spaces and leisure areas in the province, combining rest, nature and beach in the same getaway. 🚗🌄🌊



Important: the swimming pool receives maintenance on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 13:00.
