"Les Écureuils" vacation rental in the Périgord Noir, featuring a saltwater pool

Full week compulsory in July and August from Saturday to Saturday. 3 days minimum at other times.
Close to the many tourist sites, our cottage and its swimming pool welcome you for a pleasant stay in our magnificent Dordogne.
Facing the secure swimming pool (+ a small one for young children), this cottage of 74 m2 is composed of:
- 1 living room-kitchen of 31m2
- 2 bedrooms of 13m2, one with 1 bed of 160 + cot, the other with 3 beds of 80. All bedding is new. Other baby accessories on request.
- 1 bathroom with shower, sink and washing machine
- 1 separate toilet.
Fully equipped including: flat screen TV, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, board and outdoor games, free WIFI. Numerous tourist documentation.
Outside: picnic table with parasol, barbecue, ping-pong table, swings and bowling green. Other table and chairs under the porch.
Sheets, blankets and pillows are provided.
Not provided: towels, pool towels and dish towels.
Pets not allowed.
The pool is shared with the owners who live on the upper floor of the house, but we give priority to our tenants as best we can.
