Tucked among towering cedars at the base of Mount Mackenzie, Great Escape Chalet is a 4,000+ sq ft timber-frame home comfortably sleeping 11, built for big mountain days and long dinners. Ski, ride, or golf all day (RMR and Cabot Golf are 2 minutes away, downtown 6), then come home to a house made for the apres.
The great room is the showstopper: vaulted ceilings, a two-storey stone fireplace, and walls of glass framing the forest. The kitchen, with its induction cooktop and generous island, flows into the living space, so the cook never misses a moment. Long dinners linger around the harvest table, and stories from the day carry late into the night.
When the kids hit their limit (or the adults do), the lower-level rumpus room is a world of its own, with a Smart TV, pull-out sofa, and its own full bathroom.

- Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the property or around the hot tub.
- Pets are not permitted.
- Open flames (candles/campfires/fireworks etc.) are strictly prohibited in accordance with Revelstoke Fire Regulations.
- Ensure the BBQ is turned off and cleaned after use.
- Please treat the property with care and respect.
- Wash dishes and tidy up before checkout - additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive mess is left behind.
- Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly so we can address them quickly.
- No idling or overnight street parking during winter months (Nov–Mar) per Revelstoke snow removal bylaws.
