Ideal for families and groups, it comfortably sleeps 6 guests and offers a peaceful Blackcomb setting close to nature. A frequent free shuttle stops right outside and takes you to Whistler Village, Upper Village, and the lifts. You are also within walking distance of Upper and Main village, with trails, biking, lake days, and mountain adventures at your doorstep.

The 1600+ sq/ft home comfortably sleeps and entertains 6 guests. Perfect for families who want ample space to enjoy their vacation
You have the whole place to yourselves! The garage is locked off for owner storage however there is plenty of free parking available in the driveway and guest spots throughout the complex.
This home is professionally managed by **Neat Whistler Vacation Rental Management**. All guest questions and inquiries are answered promptly and professionally. Our local team lives in Whistler and is available to support you throughout your stay.
Please Note: There is a noise monitoring device plugged into an outlet at this property. This device records decibel levels ONLY, it does not have any other recording capability. The device is called a `Noiseaware`. It is plugged into a populated area (for example: in the main living room). Please do not unplug this device.

The bedding configuration:
Master Bedroom: King bed with TV, private ensuite bathroom.
2nd Bedroom: King bed with TV and private patio & private hot tub.
3rd bedroom: 4 single beds (2x single over single bunk beds).
LIVING ROOM:
Enjoy a Smart TV, wood Burning Fireplace, fast-speed WiFi and all the comforts of home. An open-concept space is perfect for entertaining your family.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped kitchen including oils and spices. There is tea and coffee provided in the canisters on the counter. Please Note: If you wish to use the Nespresso machine you must supply your own pods. They are Virtuo style pods.
BBQ:
Enjoy cooking on your own propane BBQ!
PARKING:
There is parking outside the garage door in the driveway and additional visitor spots, the pass is required. There are 2 spots at the end of our lane way and 6 additional spots at the upper Woods complex.
Please Note: If a parking pass is not returned upon departure there will be a $150 charge to replace it.
HOT TUB:
There is a Private Hot Tub for your use! Enjoy a soak after a long day on the hill or a day exploring the village.
LAUNDRY:
In-home washer and dryer.
SKI AND BIKE STORAGE
There is enough space at the entrance to store your equipment.
We welcome responsible, respectful guests who are looking for a peaceful stay.
**Check-in:** After 4:00 PM
**Check-out:** By 10:00 AM
This is a small, close-knit community, and all guests are expected to be considerate of neighbours at all times.
Quiet hours are strictly observed **before 7:00 AM and after 10:00 PM**.
Please keep noise to a minimum, including music, speakers, and outdoor conversations.
**Hot tub use is not permitted after 11:00 PM.**
**Parties and events are strictly prohibited.**
The hot tub is serviced regularly. However, the host does not guarantee water quality, temperature, jet performance, or uninterrupted usability. If you experience any issue with the hot tub, please contact us right away and we will arrange for a technician to attend as soon as reasonably possible. Please note that repairs or service delays can happen. The host does not provide reimbursement and is not liable for any period when the hot tub is unavailable or not functioning properly.
