Located in the small village of St Harmon, the property is 3 miles from Rhayader, the town known as the outdoors capital of Wales. Just 2 miles away, you’ll find Gilfach Nature Reserve, an old hill farm offering spectacular views and plenty of wildlife and history. To see the area on horseback, head to Lion Royal Pony Trekking Centre (6 miles), or get on the water at Llandrindod Wells Boathouse (12 miles). Elan Valley (6 miles) is also well worth a visit, offering plenty of walking, cycling and angling opportunities.

Ideal for a couples’ retreat or small family getaway, this property has plenty of rural charm. The all-wood interior encompasses an open-plan living space featuring comfy seating, a stylish and compact kitchen and a dining table. Marble work surfaces add a touch of elegance to the thoughtfully designed kitchen. Just off the kitchen, there are two cosy and welcoming bedrooms – one king-size and one twin. The twin can be made up as a king-size on request. Light floods the contemporary shower room, which has an attractive corner shower - a great place to freshen up ahead of the day’s adventures.

There’s no doubt that the icing on the cake of this already gorgeous property is the hot tub sitting just outside. Relax and unwind while enjoying the stunning scenery. A fire pit and garden furniture makes this a great spot for dining alfresco.
