About this cottage rental
Located just a few minutes’ walk from Camber Sands beach, this property is ideally located for guests wishing to take long walks, explore the dunes and dip in the sea. There are several good pubs nearby to enjoy a hearty meal after a long stroll. Nearby Rye is a bustling medieval town that’s rich in history and great for a spot of retail therapy especially if you’re into antiques. Nature lovers should head to Dungeness, which boasts one of the largest shingle landscapes in the world and large communities of plants and animals.
Leave your flip flops, coats and boots in the entrance hall before stepping through to the inviting lounge area. With a wooden floor and bright interior, this is the perfect space in which to unwind in front of a film or while listening to music through the iPod dock. The kitchen is light and spacious with, a great selection of appliances and a window over the sink. Here you’ll find an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee machine and cookbooks for inspiration if needed. This area is open plan to the dining area, making for a large sociable space for the family. The dining table is flooded with light thanks to French doors which lead out to a decked area. Upstairs the first bedroom is a tranquil space with a double bed and en-suite shower room with WC. The second bedroom has a double bed, tall chest of drawers and valet stand, while the third has a single bed, reading spotlight and plenty of storage space. A contemporary bathroom is light and bright with stylish interior, WC and shower over bath.
Outside, a decked area with wooden table and chairs is perfect for summer BBQs, while the pebbled area beyond is great for dogs and has an additional picnic bench with parasol, you can also relax and while away the hours in a hammock. Before heading to the beach, look inside the garden shed where you’ll find deck chairs and beach toys.
