Casa Marina 253 is a two bedroom, two bath air-conditioned condo that offers lots of room to spread out and relax. There's comfortable furnishings in the Living Room with TV and free internet. The smart TV includes Netflix, HBO, Paramount, and live TV via a YouTube TV subscription.
Beyond the Living Room through sliding glass doors is the Screened In Lanai that runs the full width of the condo space with lovely views of the Canal and Bay. Tucked away in a closet on the Lanai are a full-sized Washer and Dryer for your convenience.
The primary bedroom is large with sliding glass doors leading to the Lanai and lovely views of the water. The room offers a King Sized Bed with beautiful linens, a Walk In Closet and a flat-screen TV. The primary bath features a tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is large and accommodates two twin beds, each of which has an extra trundle option. The guest bath next door has a walk in shower.
There is a building elevator, a secured lobby, and ample on site parking for your convenience. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests, the owner, and association.
The Casa Marina complex is a beautifully maintained property that sits on the quiet, south end of the island surrounded by tropical landscaping and extra wide canals right at the entrance to the Bay. Take a dip in the resort sized heated pool, lounge on the sundeck soaking up the Florida sunshine or take a short walk to one of the best beaches in the country...Casa Marina guests have their own deeded beach access! From there, you can walk either south towards Lover's Key State Park and enjoy the nature walks or shelling on the beach or north toward Main Street - 7 miles of sugar sand and blue Gulf waters. New Tennis/Pickleball Courts, Putting Green, and Bocce Ball Court open for Casa Marina guests are located in The Commons area on Bay Beach Lane.
You can head down to the north end of the island where there are restaurants and bars open, or go south to Lover's Key State Park to rent a kayak or canoe to explore the mangroves or collect seashells along the shore. And wherever you are, don't miss our world famous sunsets.
