About this cottage rental
This former barn has been stylishly fitted and furnished, providing a comfortable holiday home yet boasting an array of period charm and features. With walks and amenities close by it provides a perfect base for families and couples alike.
Nearby is the cliff side village of Clovelly, with its whitewashed cottages and winding cobbled street down the hillside to the harbour where pubs, shops and restaurants can be enjoyed with the local fishermen showing off their daily catch. Hartland, boasts a selection of craft and pottery shops, cafes, restaurants as well as some of the most spectacular coastline views in the British Isles from Hartland Point. Situated a short drive away is the picturesque seaside village of Westward Ho!, known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge which is also linked to Northam Burrows. RHS Rosemoor, The Milky Way and Wake Park are also make for a great day out.
Enter into the stone built barn, the ground floor greets you with a spacious lounge with beamed ceiling and door leading out to the garden. The fully equipped kitchen and dining room is light and airy and there is a shower room with toilet on this floor. Heading upstairs you'll find the spacious king size bedroom with beautiful beamed ceiling and a twin bedroom with the beams running throughout.
Outside is an enclosed garden with decked area, garden furniture and BBQ. Leading on from the garden you have access to the owners 8 acres of peaceful grounds including a small lake to enjoy.

- 1 shower room with shower, wash basin and WC on the ground floor

- Dogs are not permitted upstairs

- Enclosed garden with patio, lawn area, outdoor furniture, BBQ, and direct access to tranquil shared grounds
