About this cottage rental
Tucked away next to the owner's residence in the countryside. Pop to the local pub just 1 mile away and enjoy a hearty meal. Have a go at surfing on Porthtowan or Portreath beaches both within 10 miles or explore the South West Coastal path and see the stunning coastline. Nearby Falmouth offers a charming mix of shops, art galleries, cafes and restaurants. Enjoy a meander around Falmouth Harbour, the third-largest natural harbour in the world, or take a leisurely stroll up to the historic Pendennis Castle overlooking the panoramic views of Falmouth Bay and over to the fishing village of St Mawes. Enjoy a day at Trelissick, Trebah Gardens or the hidden gem of Glendurgan and all within 8 miles.
Enter this single storey converted property through the garden and into the cosy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with vaulted ceilings. After a busy day you can relax on the sofa in the front of the wood burner and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV. In the kitchen area you will find it has everything you need to cook up a meal with electric oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine and fridge with ice compartment. Plan your day ahead at the dining table with seating for two. Head through to the super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) bedroom with dressing table and wardrobe. Lastly, you’ll find the shower room with electric shower with attachment and WC.
Outside the property has an enclosed garden where you can enjoy al fresco dining with BBQ and garden furniture or simply unwind in the bubbling hot tub. There is a parking space for two cars.
