The Carriage House at the Seavey Compound is a fully renovated (taken down to the studs in 2026) luxury 3 BR/ 2 BA home (sleeps 8). 3 min walk to North Conway Village (Zeb`s, coffee, shops, restaurants, Conway Scenic Railroad, Schouler Park, Saco River, etc.) 3 min drive to Cranmore Mountain. Enjoy this dog friendly, fenced yard, hot tub, on-demand hot water heater, 2 zone central A/C & heat, large back deck and patio. Managed by Oasis Rental Services (a Premier Host on our sister listings).
This 3 bedroom / 2 bath Carriage House (including 2 king bedrooms) is brand new to VRBO but built and run to the same standard. Fully gutted in 2026, this new modern home is perfect for small families or groups who want privacy without giving up walkability.

1st Floor: Newly built King Bedroom, plus a Bunk Room with (2) twin over twin bunks - kids and adults are both covered. These two bedrooms share a full bath off the hallway.

No smoking, events, parties, or fireworks. Registered guests only. All guests must be 25 years of age or older with the exception of children related to registered guests over the age of 25. Well-behaved dogs are always welcome. Guests have access to the Carriage House only and its private fenced in backyard.

This listing is for the Carriage House only (3 bedroom /2 bath home). The carriage house is a separate, self-contained unit within the Seavey Compound property. There`s no interior access between the Carriage House and the Big House; the two buildings are connected by a single 1 foot soundproof exterior wall only.

Some of our neighbors are full-time homeowners so we ask that you please be respectful of the neighbors and house rules to ensure we are able to continue to open our home to vacationers who want to enjoy North Conway and the Mount Washington Valley. Please abide by the town`s quiet hours from 10pm - 8am.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Registered guests only. All guests must be 25 years of age or older with the exception of children related to registered guests over the age of 25.
NO SMOKING: A deep cleaning fee will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking in the house
NO FIREWORKS: The Town of Conway prohibits the display of fireworks.
DOGS: Please pick up after your dog. Please no dogs on the beds or couches. Please use the hot tub towels to dry off your pup on those rainy/snowy/muddy days. Please do not use white bath towels on your dogs. Feel free to use the dog crate located in the closet in the 1st floor bedroom.
HOT TUB: You must abide by the posted hot tub rules.
LATE CHECK-OUT FEE: This is a large property and it takes the cleaners many hours to clean. We often have same day turnovers so as a result, we need you to check out on time. An extra $50 will be assessed if your group/belongings are still at the property after 30 minutes past your check-out time. An extra night will be assessed if you are still there 1 hour after your check-out time.
PARKING: As you are renting the Carriage House only (91B) please park in front of 91B only. Do not block in guests staying at 91A. 91A guests are to park directly in front of 91A.
