Each cottage has private access through the grounds to the South West Coast Path and down onto Westward Ho! beach. Perfect for leaving the car behind and feeling the sand between your toes. Westward Ho! is a pretty village set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close by to the fishing villages of Appledore and Instow. Here you will find plenty to keep you amused and busy, from the ancient villages to secret coves and golden beaches. The local surf school offers lessons and wetsuit hire and the Tarka Trail is a traffic free cycle path taking in many beautiful sights. Amusement arcades, bespoke shops and cafés, crazy golf and restaurants, even the oldest link course in the country to try your hand, at The Royal North Devon Golf Club.

Step inside this truly stunning property and into the generously proportioned open-plan living area. Here you can relax and enjoy the stunning views and each other’s company. The lounge area features French doors which open out onto the spacious lawn and patio area which is perfect for dining alfresco. For cooler nights, there are comfortable leather chesterfield sofas and a wood burner-effect electric fire set into a traditional inglenook fireplace; you can snuggle up with a book, a board game, or watch a DVD on the Smart TV. If you love cooking, you will adore the fully equipped kitchen, which boasts a central island unit that makes preparing a meal a truly sociable event, plus an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, large American-style fridge/freezer, wine cooler, and a dishwasher. Upstairs, the vast open-plan bedroom features a Parisian-style ornate super-king-size bed, TV, and a further set of French doors leading to a private glass-fronted balcony with seating and countryside views. There is also a luxurious whirlpool bath in the bedroom, plus a stunning en-suite bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower and Jack and Jill sinks.

On a warm summer’s day, you can soak up the sunshine on your private balcony, relax with something cold or enjoy a BBQ in the enclosed south-facing garden area. There is a two-person hot tub, patio, lawn, garden furniture, and a gas BBQ. Further to this, guests can enjoy the facilities on site for your relaxation.
