On the upper level, a panoramic rooftop terrace features a private hot tub with spectacular views of the sea and Mount Vesuvius — perfect for unwinding at sunset.

Accessible from the living area, a covered veranda includes a dining table, wood-fired oven, and BBQ, ideal for open-air meals at any time of day.
