About this cottage rental
Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, the property is a short walk from the cliff-top coastal path offering miles of breathtaking walks direct from the doorstep. A short stroll will also bring you to the centre of Seahouses where its many amenities are located, including a fish and chip shop, gift shop, cafe, restaurant and pub. When you’re not admiring it from the coastal path above, step down onto the sandy expanse of beach below for a walk in the dunes, to fly the kite in the sea breeze or build a sand castle near the waves. From the harbour, catch one of the regular boat trips leaving for the Farne Islands to spot their resident seal and puffin colonies or cross the causeway to Holy Island and visit Lindisfarne Castle and Priory.
Leave coats, bags and boots in the entrance hall before continuing through to the open plan lounge/diner. This is a bright and spacious room with a charming nautical theme and patio doors opening onto the garden. Dine at the small table before settling down for a relaxing evening on one of the comfortable sofas, making the most of the TV and selection of games and books available. The modern kitchen next door offers ample workspace and is equipped with everything you should need throughout your stay. This property offers two light and airy bedrooms, one master double with an en-suite shower room with WC, and one twin bedroom that’s perfect for children. There is also a clean and modern family bathroom with WC.
To the rear of the property is an enclosed patio area with garden furniture for dining outside when the weather is warm. There is an allocated parking space at the front of the property.
