Enjoying a delightful spot in Carmarthen Bay, the bustling seaside resort of Tenby has a long history which is reflected in its medieval castle walls and many unique historic buildings including the remains of the castle, the Tudor Merchant’s House and the fort on St Catherine’s Island. The town has four wonderful beaches, all within easy reach of the apartment, with a range of activities including sea fishing, canoeing, golf and boat trips to Caldey Island. The town has a fabulous choice of restaurants, cafes and pubs. You can also visit nearby Saundersfoot (3 miles) and Pembroke (10 miles), or local attractions like Heatherton World of Activities and Manor Wildlife Park (both 3.5 miles).
External steps lead down to the entrance to this attractive basement apartment, with a hallway leading through to the spacious, light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. With plenty of comfortable seating, TV, DVD and wall-mounted electric fire, the lounge is an ideal space to relax and unwind with a movie or a good book at the end of a busy day. The stylish kitchen is a pleasure to cook in and is fully equipped with an electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher, as well as a delightful breakfast bar and a bright, relaxing dining area perfect for sharing your favourite family meals. Exploring the property further you will find two pretty bedrooms. There’s a charming twin room with doors leading out onto the patio and a lovely double room with en-suite shower room complete with shower and WC. There’s also an additional family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC.
French doors lead out from the lounge into a small patio with garden furniture, providing a delightful spot for a glass of wine in the evening or for sharing al fresco meals. Parking is available at the nearby Rectory car park or the town’s multi-storey car park. Designated parking is not available though you can apply for a permit from Pembrokeshire County Council.
