Located next to a fine Georgian country house, across the lane from the church in the picturesque village of Southrepps. There is a popular pub and village shop within walking distance of the property. The fantastic North Norfolk coast is only a few miles away, boasting vast expanses of sandy beach, quaint villages and spectacular scenery, perfect for a family day out or long walk. Also within easy reach are Cromer, Wroxham and Norwich.
Inside, this traditional Norfolk cottage boasts spacious and comfortable accommodation that’s perfect for sociable breaks. Prepare delicious meals in the large kitchen/dining room, where there is ample surface space together with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, small freezer and dining table. The cosy sitting room nearby offers comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. The gas burner stove is a warming focal point for those winter’s evenings, while double doors open onto the terrace during the summer months. Also downstairs there is a separate WC. Upstairs are two charming bedrooms, one king-size with apex ceiling, occasional chair and dressing table, and one twin with a stunning view of the medieval parish church.
