Providing a getaway for couples, families or groups looking to get away from it all and enjoy Polruan. A small village with only one road in and out, which goes right through centre ending on the quay where you will find the sandy tidal beach, 2 pubs, café and village shop. There is a ferry service to Fowey which runs regularly giving access to further shops, restaurants and pubs. It is ideally located to explore all Cornwall has to offer, why not visit The Eden Project, Lanhydrock House and Garden, The Screech Owl Sanctuary and Wildlife Park. Or explore the local area via the ferries to Fowey and Bodinnick or explore some of the South West Coast Path by foot or bike. there is also access to coastal walks right on your door step.

On entering the single story property, you will enter into the large boot room which is a great place for storing muddy boots and fishing rods. From this area you will find the hallway which leads to the open-plan lounge/diner which is a large bright room with views across the river. It is cosy enough to enjoy a romantic evening in front of the wood burner but large enough for the whole family to enjoy watching the river life go by. To the back of the house the kitchen is located complete with electric hob, double oven microwave, fridge, separate counter top freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Opposite the kitchen you will find the family bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. There are three bedrooms there are two double rooms both with newly refurbished en suite shower rooms, the third bedroom is a twin, which is located next door to the family bathroom.

Stepping outside through the double patio doors from the lounge onto the terrace and beautiful enclosed private gardens where you can enjoy al fresco dining. there is also a brick built BBQ to enjoy in the summer months. There is parking in front of the garage for one car. Additional parking can be found in the car parks in the village a min walk away where there will be charges.
