Situated in the tranquil village of Briston, this lovely property is just three miles from the thriving Georgian town of Holt, a popular destination with a great choice of restaurants, tearooms and pubs, as well as a variety of independent shops and art galleries. The Holt Country Park offers 100 acres of woodland to discover. You can take a trip on the North Norfolk Railway, discover the ruins of Baconsthorpe Castle or visit the working watermill at Letheringsett. Fakenham and Walsingham are among the many popular towns and villages nearby. The beautiful Norfolk coast is within easy reach, with plenty of traditional seaside towns to explore including Wells-next-the-Sea, Sheringham and Cromer, all offering stunning beaches and great activities for children.
On entering this tastefully furnished and imaginatively renovated barn conversion, which retains plenty of original features including exposed beams and brickwork, you will find yourself in the spacious and attractive open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a stunning solid oak staircase forming a central feature from the hall leading to the galleried upstairs bedrooms. The welcoming and comfortable lounge is an ideal space to relax in, with plenty of comfy seating, Smart TV, DVD player and CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric AGA oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The barn also enjoys the shared use of an enclosed children's play area with a climbing frame and an outside seating area.
