Enter this tastefully converted barn into the spacious open-plan lounge,/kitchen/diner area to settle in and begin your holiday. The lounge area has two comfortable sofas which surround the Smart TV so cosy up with loved ones and watch or stream your favourite show with the backdrop of the Suffolk countryside providing the view through the patio doors. The dining area has enough seating for up to six guests so if you have friends over for dinner hosting them won’t be a problem. The kitchen is equipped with a double electric oven and induction hob, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher and off from the kitchen is a utility room with a microwave and washing machine. There is a downstairs shower room with shower and WC so revitalise your senses after a busy day out exploring. Upstairs there are two bedrooms the first being the master bedroom which has a king-size bed along with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC, a Smart TV and drawers not to mention the balcony which has unspoilt views over the countryside where you can watch the resident buzzards. The other bedroom is a twin room which has a dressing table and drawers.


Outside you will find the patio area where you have the perfect place to sit on the furniture provided and enjoy some al fresco dining whilst basking in the sun with the gas BBQ. There is private off-road parking for up to two vehicles.
