About this cottage rental
This gorgeous cottage located in the heart of the New Forest. It is the ideal place for a family holiday neighbouring a wonderful RSPB woodland. Why not spend some time exploring the beauty of the New Forest, spot the wild ponies and free-roaming donkeys and learn a little about its history. With routes stretching to some 160 miles, explore the spectacular landscapes nearby which are ideal for walking, riding and cycling. For a family day out head over to Peppa Pig World at Paultons Park Theme Park nearby, which is a great day out for the whole family, with a wonderful selection of rides and attractions to choose from.
You are welcomed into an open and welcoming entrance hall with limestone flagstone flooring, head through into the spacious lounge boasting vaulted exposed beamed ceiling and gather round the cosy wood burner to enjoy a film together in front of the Smart TV. Double patio doors lead out to the paddock garden from the lounge. The ground floor twin bedroom is located beyond featuring floor-to-ceiling library-style bookshelves. The final bedroom on the ground floor offers a king-size bed and a shower room with shower and WC can be found next door. Approach the dining room directly from the entrance hall where you will find a grand dining table with chairs to seat the whole family, a feature fireplace and double doors leading to a well-maintained garden, with outdoor furniture, complete this area. Beyond the dining room is where the kitchen is located which comes with a Range electric oven and gas hob, double fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave, enjoy the views of the free-roaming wild horses of the New Forest from here. Head up to the first floor where you come across the bunk bedroom, ideal for children, head along the corridor to the main bathroom with shower over bath and WC before finally you will come across the master bedroom with a super-king-size bed, from here you benefit triple aspects of both gardens and the free-roaming horses of the New Forest.
This cottage comes with multiple areas to enjoy the climate of the South Coast, the well-maintained garden which can be accessed from the dining room is a wonderful enclosed space ideal for sitting out or letting the children play. The paddock garden sits on the other side of the cottage accessed through the patio doors from the lounge. Large areas of lawn and play areas, with your own private gate for walks directly into the forest. There is gated parking for up to three cars at the front of the house which also benefits a patio area located immediately in front of the entrance to this pretty cottage.
