Located in the heart of Mont-Dore, just a few meters from the thermal baths, this 35 m² apartment comfortably welcomes up to 4 guests. It features one bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a living room with a 140 cm sofa bed. My goal is for you to feel at home and enjoy a pleasant stay.



You will have a fully equipped private kitchen, including a filter coffee maker and a raclette set for 4. There is modern electric heating, a TV, a bathroom with a spacious shower, a separate toilet with a hand basin, and a washing machine. A shared ski storage room and a shared bike room are available. A key box is on-site for self check-in and check-out.



Ski access is ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. For those who enjoy being active, a tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. Parking is available just steps from the residence. A large parking lot is 150 m away, and you can temporarily park in front of the building to unload. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am. Shared bike storage and a private cellar are provided.



Bakeries, butcher shops, restaurants, a bank, and the tourist office are all within walking distance. The entrance is secure, and thermal and sound insulation is excellent. Please bring your own sheets, pillowcases, and towels; duvets, duvet covers, and dish towels are provided.
