Returning for Winter 2026/27, Le Carlina Pleney is hosted by More Mountain. A bright and modern apartment with an unbeatable central location, right at the bottom of the Pleney Piste, next to the Pleney Telecabine. Luxury self catered apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for 6 people.

You can't get a better location, the Pleney slopes are on the doorstep of this apartment. Enjoy an amazing location right in the centre of town with all the bars, restaurants and local amenities literally on your doorstep.

Kids and adults alike will love the proximity to the slopes and all Morzine has to offer.

The whole apartment is at your disposal. There is a private boot room with heated boot dryers, and large lockable garage which is great for storage of mountain bikes. You can also park a small car in the underground garage.

LAYOUT

Apartment Carlina Pleney is part of a luxury development and is situated next to the Pleney Telecabine, opposite our very own Le Stade and Petit Stade. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a prominent corner position with great views over the Pointe De Nyon and the Pointe De Ressachaux.

The open living space is stylish and roomy with a large dining table, breakfast bar, and a bespoke fitted kitchen with all mod cons including granite worktops. Nespresso Machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven with induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and an additional wine fridge! There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer and extra storage.

There is a Bluetooth speaker and large flatscreen TV with UK and French TV, Netflix, Games Console, and Free WiFi. There is also a boot room with heated boot dryers and a large lockable garage in the underground car park, which is great for storage of Mountain Bikes and/or parking for a small car.

The apartment boasts 3 well designed ensuite bedrooms, all of which can be configured as singles or doubles. Bedroom 1 also has a balcony.
