The apartment sits in a tranquil location on a steep hill overlooking the local town with a fantastic outdoor space and many amenities. With a glorious beach and an array of shops, restaurants and watering holes just 500 yards away, this is the perfect destination for couples or families.
One of the most unique aspects of this much-loved property is in its layout. The apartment is all on one floor making it ideal for those with mobility issues. Moving from the living space, with large bay windows allowing light to flood the room, to the double master bedroom with en-suite shower. The main living space combines a cosy seating area, a fully-equipped kitchen and a dining space for real modern living. The large bay windows provide a perfect space to enjoy the scenery of the town and Swanage Bay below. When you are not enjoying this multifunctional space, you will be relaxing in one of two bedrooms or taking a hot soak in the bathtub after a day of exploring and adventures by the sea.
The front of the property is host to a charming decked area with fabulous views of the local town and where the skyline meets the sea in the distance. This space is kitted out with outdoor furniture and will fast become your go-to place for breakfast before a stroll along the beach and toasting late into the evening. Beyond this decking is a small lawn framed by a stone wall and at the back of the property there is off-road parking for one vehicle.
