Surrounded by fields and natural beauty in an elevated position in the picturesque Tanat Valley, this spacious cottage is in a perfect location to relax and explore Mid Wales and the Shropshire borders. Discover the Tanat Valley, Ceiriog Valley and Shropshire Hills, including the 177 miles of Offa’s Dyke. Within 14 miles and all worth a visit are Pistyll Rhaeadr Waterfall, the dramatic 240-foot waterfall, Lake Vyrnwy, Bala Lake, Pontcysyllte Aqueduct, and the National Trust castles of Chirk and Powis. Alternatively, hop onto a steam train at Welshpool and Llanfair Light Railway or visit the market town of Oswestry (12 miles) with its range of shops, eateries and events to enjoy.

There are three stunning bedrooms to choose from: a king-size with an en-suite shower and WC, the double or the twin. Take a leisurely start to the day in the lovely bathroom with a freestanding bath, separate shower cubicle and WC. The house is in an elevated position with far-reaching rural views perfect to enjoy fabulous views from sunrise to sunset and dine alfresco on the patio.
This pretty garden is laid to lawn with established hedges, trees and shrubs. There is ample parking on site. The property is next to the owners' farm, although privacy is assured.
