This property enjoys a fantastic location in the traditional village of Hartland in North Devon, famed for its 12th century abbey and surrounding gardens. The abbey makes a wonderful place to spend a day, with its stunningly maintained interiors, attractive gardens, and breath-taking coastal walk. The village itself, offers a range of craft shops, and a choice of restaurants and cafes, meaning that guests can easily choose to eat in or out whilst staying at the property. Slightly further afield, the seaside village of Clovelly is just five miles from the property, and offers a unique glimpse at Devonshire life in days gone by. To the south, the sandy beaches of Bude, are within an easy thirty-minute drive of the property.

This property offers single-storey accommodation for five guests, in comfortable surroundings. The main living area is the spacious lounge/diner, with its dining table, sofa seating, TV/DVD, and hi-fi. Doors lead from this room out to the conservatory, where guests can relax on the cane furniture and enjoy the sunshine, or catch up on their favourite programmes on the additional TV. The property’s kitchen is well-equipped with everything guests will need, including a double oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher, whilst the washing machine can be found in the bathroom. The property has three bedrooms, all of which benefit from their own TV, perfect for relaxing in the morning, or enjoying a late-night film. The first of these bedrooms is a double room, which has an en-suite shower room and WC. The second room is a pleasant twin room, whilst the third is a single room, with space for a travel cot if needed. The bathroom offers a bath and WC. A great addition to this property is the games room, which will keep children and teenagers occupied with its pool table, table football, dart board, and a range of small toys.

Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden which is accessed via the conservatory and offers a small lawn area, and patio with seating and a BBQ.
