Located in the pretty town of Holt, you are well placed to explore everything one of Norfolk’s most-loved towns has to offer, full of wonderful independent boutique shops, tea rooms, restaurants and characteristic pubs. Not only do you have everything you’ll need here, you are a mere four miles away from the stunning coastline which boasts sandy beaches, popular coastal towns and nature reserves.

Upon entering this contemporary property, to the right you will find the spacious and light lounge area, perfect for a relaxing evening. The lounge features a sofa and chairs with a coal effect gas fire and TV/DVD. Heading through from the lounge you will find a well-equipped kitchen consisting of an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Attached to the kitchen is the utility room with a separate WC and access to the outside of the property. Towards the front of the house, to the left of the stairs you will find a spacious and cosy dining area, perfect for evening meals. Heading up the stairs to the first floor you will be greeted by two bedrooms, a king-size and a double, both with plenty of storage space. Also on the first floor is a large bathroom with shower over bath and W/C.

Heading outside of the property to the rear you will find a large patio area with seating and chairs and a fully enclosed and lawned garden, ideal to unwind and relax in. There is ample off-road parking available.
