Located close to the thriving town of Burnham Market ,this property is ideally situated to enjoy all Norfolk has to offer Close to the beautiful beaches at Holkham and Wells-Next-The-Sea, delightful coastal villages include Thornham, Brancaster and Blakeny from where you can take a boat to see the seals. Sandringham and the King’s estate is a short drive along with many other grand houses including Holkham Hall. Attractions include, Pensthorpe, Amazona at Cromer, Dinosaur Adventure Park and the English Heritage sites at Castle Acre and Castle Rising. For shopping and places to eat head to Burnham Market, Brancaster, North Creake or Hunstanton.
Approached via country lanes, past the working Windmill at Great Bircham, this delightful property enjoys views over the fields to the village beyond. Beautifully finished and furnished by the owners, the property offers stylish accommodation. Guests enter this stunning barn, into a spacious open plan kitchen/lounge, a perfect area for the whole family getting together, with woodburner (first basket of logs included), comfortable sofas and lovely soft furnishings, TV and DVD. A well equipped kitchen area with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. A good size dining room is off the kitchen/lounge area with table and chairs. A family shower room on the ground floor comprising of corner shower cubicle, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. Stairs lead to the first floor bedrooms a king size bedroom with an en suite shower room, WC and wash hand basin, a further twin bedroom, both bedrooms have some restricted head height. On the landing area is a large sofa bed which can sleep a further 2 guests.
Outside: A private enclosed mature garden with plants and shrubs, a decked area with garden furniture and BBQ.
