About this chalet rental
Located in the tranquil village of Upwey and set on a small holding with sheep and chickens, this property offers a wide network of walking and cycling routes from the doorstep, which weave through spectacular countryside, as well as the convenience of nearby Weymouth and its many attractions. This traditional seaside town has a sandy beach backed by shops, cafés and restaurants. The historic harbour is also well worth a visit, where you can take a boat trip or try your hand at fishing. The area is also rich in history, being home to the Victorian Nothe Fort and ancient ruins of the cliffside Sandsfoot castle. Why not take a trip to Portland, with its traditional lighthouse and stunning 16th century castle? Or explore the rugged pebble swathes of Chesil beach.
