IMAPART welcomes you to Cokaifagne, on the heights of Jalhay, at the gates of the Hautes Fagnes and near Spa and the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. This 85 m² apartment, located on the 1st floor of a building, offers a quiet and green setting with a view of the garden.

The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people: one bedroom with a King-Size bed and one bedroom with bunk beds. A cot is available upon request. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower, and additional toilets are available.

The living room, air-conditioned and soundproofed, is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV with cable channels and streaming service. The fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster) allows you to prepare all meals on site, with a dining area and a dining table. A high chair for children is also provided.

The entrance is private, with access by keys handed over directly on site by the owners. WiFi and parking are free. The accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, and external surveillance cameras for your safety.

Children are welcome, but pets are not allowed, and the property is non-smoking. Check-in is between 4 pm and 6 pm, check-out is before 10 am, with quiet hours observed from 10 pm.
