This direct oceanfront condo in the Pyramid building puts you right on the water in Ocean City, Maryland. Located on the 5th floor (elevators available), the 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath unit comfortably accommodates 6 guests and features breathtaking ocean views from a private balcony, the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
Sleeping arrangements include two double beds in the bedroom plus a queen sofa bed in the living room, giving groups and families plenty of room to spread out. The condo comes with a full kitchen for home cooking, smart TVs with live YouTube TV access in both the bedroom and living room for entertainment, and a washer and dryer tucked into the hall bathroom for added convenience. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout your stay.
You'll arrive to a fully made-up condo, with sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths already provided. A first-day starter kit is also included, stocked with coffee, cooking basics, cleaning supplies, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and laundry detergent, so you can skip the store on arrival.
Foodies and beachgoers alike will appreciate the unbeatable location, close to Lombardi's Pizza, Liquid Assets, and Blue Fish, with the Acme grocery store just across the street. During the summer months, cool off in the building's outdoor pool without ever leaving the property.
Good to know before you book: parking is available for a $40 flat fee per stay (up to seven nights), paid directly to the building at check-in. Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, and pets, including emotional support animals, are not allowed.
Upon departure, guests are asked to remove trash using the building's convenient trash chute and load and run the dishwasher with any used dishes.
Please note there's a camera outside the front door, facing the hallway that leads to the condo, that the owners have access to.
Upon booking, you'll be sent a rental agreement to sign, containing the same information as listed here.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit. Any guests who are minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the stay.
Cancellation Policy:
For a full refund, you'll have to cancel at least 30 days before check in. If you cancel 7-30 days before check in, you'll receive a 50% refund. If cancelling within 7 days, no refund will be issued.
Travel Tip: We recommend purchasing RentalGuardian travel insurance at checkout for added peace of mind.
Guests are required to report any cleanliness concerns within one (1) hour of arrival. Reports made after this window has passed will not be eligible for refunds or remediation related to the initial condition of the unit.
When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a minimum $35 fee.
