THE VILLA
Set over five light-filled levels and served by your own private lift, running from the secure basement parking directly up into the villa, the home feels less like a rental and more like a private boutique retreat. No stairs with the luggage, just step out of the car and ride straight up into your own space. A floating American Oak staircase connects the levels, and floor-to-ceiling glass opens onto panoramic east-facing views of the Pacific Ocean, the Surfers Paradise skyline, and the green hinterland beyond. American Oak floors, polished concrete, Italian-tiled bathrooms and matte black fixtures run throughout, and soaring ceilings give every level a sense of space and light.
The open-plan living area is the heart of the villa: floor-to-ceiling doors that fold the outdoors in, and a designer kitchen built for long, unhurried meals, with a generous stone island bench and a walk-in pantry.
Off the living area, the doors slide back to your private, heated plunge pool, tucked against a hand-stacked stone feature wall. SLEEPING
