In the heart of the hilly landscapes of the Gers, this old farmhouse has been completely renovated with passion to welcome large tribes, reunions with friends and holidays where you finally take your time.
Ideally located, this house will be the ideal starting point for a discovery of the historical, cultural and gastronomic riches of the region.
As a bonus, the Nogaro circuit is 12 minutes away!

Designed to accommodate up to 10 travellers, the house offers generous spaces where everyone naturally finds their place.
As soon as you push the door, the exposed beams, the large volumes bathed in light and the authentic materials tell the story of this family home, carefully restored to preserve its soul while offering all the comforts of today.
❤️ A huge open, warm and friendly living room.
🍳 A fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals like at home.
🛏️ Comfortable rooms with quality bedding.
On the first floor: 1 bedroom with 140cm bed
Upstairs:
- 1 bedroom with 140cm bed
- 2 bedrooms with 160cm bed
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90cm that can be joined into a bed 180cm
🔥 Covered terrace, plancha and many spaces to share meals outside.
Everything has been designed to make holidays simple, comfortable and friendly.
🌳 A large garden with trees where children can run freely, jump on the trampoline, go on a swing or rest in the hammock...
⚠️💦 A small pond is located below the grounds, accessible by a slightly steep embankment or by a path behind the grounds. Swimming is not allowed there because it contains a lot of silt (signage installed). We draw the attention of parents to this unenclosed water point.

The famous Paul Armagnac circuit in Nogaro can be reached in about fifteen minutes. Motor races, motorcycle competitions, historic days... a must for enthusiasts.
🚲 An original family activity
A few kilometres away, board the Armagnac Vélorail. An unusual ride on an old railway line, in the middle of the vineyards and the Gers countryside, which appeals to children and adults alike.
💦 Cool off during the summer
Even without a swimming pool, several leisure centres allow you to take full advantage of the beautiful summer days:
• the Uby lake in Cazaubon-Barbotan, with supervised swimming, beach, children's games and water activities;
• the lake of Castéra-Verduzan, perfect for a family day out;
• the Gondrin leisure centre, very popular with the inhabitants in summer.
