This beautiful 2-bedroom condominium is located on the second floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the guest room has a queen-size bed. The living room area offers a comfortable couch seating with cable TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Wireless Internet is available. This beautiful 2-bedroom condominium is located on the second floor and offers 24-hour electricity and security services, a pool, a Jacuzzi, and a private parking area.
Las Terrazas is a beautiful complex in Sosua, in front of Alicia Beach that offers comfort away from home. This sandy beach can be accessed with a one minute walk from the entrance of the building. The most beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed from the balcony of the apartment overlooking the beach or the park in front of the building.

- A one-time cleaning fee of USD $50 is added to all reservations at the time of booking. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of USD $50 per each additional week will be due and will be collected through a reservation modification.
- Check-in window frame is from 3:00pm - 5:00pm. Check outs at 11am.
- Early check-in (before 3:00 PM) and late check-in (after 5:00 PM) are available upon request, subject to availability, and incur an additional fee of USD $20.
- Late check-out (after 12:00 PM) is available upon request, subject to availability, and incurs an additional fee of USD $20.
LONG TERM RENTALS:
LONG TERM RENTALS have a jaw-droppingly discount applied but this price EXCLUDES electricity, laundry and housekeeping. The electric meter would be read at check-in and then at check-out and would be paid in cash based on consumption.
