The apartment features air conditioning throughout the accommodation, wifi, Smart TV, washing machine, full bathroom and an American kitchen equipped with induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



Your terrace of 8 m² with outdoor furniture is perfect for having breakfast in the open air or relaxing after a day at the beach. Furthermore, the residential complex has a garden, tennis court, unreserved outdoor parking and 2 communal swimming pools to enjoy during your stay.



Swimming pools are for community use and their availability is subject to the rules, dates and times established by the community of owners, and may vary according to season or internal decisions.
