Nature lovers enjoy peaceful forest views, direct Appalachian Trail access, and charming nearby towns like Cold Spring and Beacon. All less than an hour from NYC.
The space
This thoughtfully designed, family-ready home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, boasting a charming retro vibe with massive floor-to-ceiling windows that blend indoor living with nature.
The Heart of the Home: A large, open-concept living area featuring a fireplace and a grand piano. It flows effortlessly into a huge, chef's kitchen fully stocked with every piece of equipment you could possibly need to host family meals. Indoor and outdoor dining tables comfortably seat up to 8 guests.
The Primary Master Bedroom Suite: A spacious bedroom with a King size bed complete with a private bathroom, private sitting area, dedicated workspace, and its own balcony overlooking the surrounding woods.
Work & Play: A second bedroom doubles as a functional office with a sit-stand desk, making it ideal for remote work. The home is completely optimized for groups, families traveling with babies, and pets.
3rd bed room is perfect for a couple or individual with a comfy double bed!
Outdoor Space: Enjoy coffee on the expansive decks or explore the grounds with direct hiking trail access right behind the house. All 4 acres of this property is yours while you stay!
Guest access
Guests will access the home via the side entrance at the top of the exterior staircase. A unique keypad code will be provided prior to arrival for easy, contactless check-in.
Convenient parking is available right next to the house, with an additional easy parking area located by the shed a few steps away (ideal for larger vehicles).
During your stay, you will have full access to the main living areas, decks, balconies, and surrounding grounds. Please note that the garage and lower-level are a separate living area reserved for the owner's use and are not part of the guest space.
