Apartment No. 2 with living room/bedroom - ITH Apartments

The 28 m² apartment and the bathroom are flooded with natural light. The soundproof doors that separate the living/sleeping area from the hallway and the common area/kitchen ensure peace and quiet and undisturbed sleep. Radiant wall heating is installed in the exterior walls of the house, keeping it pleasantly warm during the cold season and allowing the house to be cooled on hot days. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The living/bedroom is equipped with electric roller shutters. The 180 x 200 cm double bed is fitted with orthopedic mattresses. The 160 x 200 cm sleeper sofa is equipped with a slatted frame and mattress. A washing machine and dryer are available starting on the 8th night of your stay or by arrangement. Smoking is not permitted inside the house. The living/sleeping areas and the kitchen are equipped with smoke detectors. We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this house, as we offer allergy-friendly apartments.



The house, completely renovated in 2022 (cool in summer, cozy and warm in winter) is located directly ON THE ITH, along the European Hiking Trail, in the middle of the nature reserve, near the ITH Climbing Paradise, and consists of two lockable, identical apartments, each measuring 28 m² (entryway, living/bedroom, bathroom), with a shared living room/kitchen of 22 m² and two terraces (south and north) of approximately 15 m² each. The house can accommodate up to 8 people. All rooms are on one floor; the front door and the north terrace are accessible via four steps. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator, asparagus/spaghetti pot, etc.). Wi-Fi, a large parking area right next to the house, a lockable bike storage room, a grill, and a fire pit—where you can comfortably wind down in the evening—are available to our guests free of charge. All beds are made with fresh white linens (blanket size 155 x 220 cm) upon arrival, and fresh towels are available to all guests. The following amenities are included: toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, sanitizing spray, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, coffee beans, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, parchment paper, aluminum foil, fleece blankets, and cushions for the patio furniture, as well as a small library and suggestions for local excursions. A washing machine and dryer are available starting on the 8th night of your stay or by arrangement. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house. Ashtrays are located on the terrace and at the beer table/parking area. We are big animal lovers, but since we offer allergy-friendly apartments, pets are unfortunately not allowed in this house. We recommend this house for adults only, as the property is not fenced in.



On-site fees: Payment is due on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer.Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is by 12:00 PM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. The door code will be provided on the day of arrival. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Ashtrays are available on the terrace and at the barbecue area. The base rate includes bed linens, towels, toiletries, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, parking, and a lockable bike storage room.Use of the washing machine is free of charge for stays of 7 days or longer.



Check-in is possible from 3:00 to 11:59 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
