120 sqm (1,292 sqft) three-bedroom apartment on the 6th floor of Poblacion's bar strip, Makati. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms. Bars are a 5 min walk.
An architect built this home for his own family and furnished it with genuine antiques. It sits on the street Manila comes to for a night out, so a group can pour a drink at the bar sink, walk downstairs to the bars and walk home again. One honest note first: the street is loud every night. This suits a group that is out late and does not suit light sleepers.

▪ Roughly 20 to 40 min by car: NAIA airport.

GOOD TO KNOW
▪ [Noise]: Music and street noise reach the home every night, louder on Friday and Saturday. The home is not soundproofed. Free disposable earplugs are provided.
▪ [Building]: A residential building with lobby staff and a small elevator. Our apartment is completely brand new, while the building itself is older, a diamond in the rough. The lobby cannot hold luggage.
▪ [Parking]: Street-side and building parking are not available. Ask us for recommended parking areas nearby.
▪ [Check-in]: Self check-in by smart lock from 15:00, at any hour after that. Check-out by 11:00. Early check-in and late check-out are paid options, subject to availability. An unannounced late check-out is charged to the deposit for the time overstayed.
▪ [Rules]: No parties or events. Smoking on the balcony only, with the glass doors closed. Small numbers of visitors are welcome.
▪ [Deposit]: A refundable security deposit applies. It is a credit card hold, not a fee, and the amount is visible at checkout before you enter your payment details. It may be used for damage, or for excessive electricity use on stays of 14 days or more. It is released automatically after check-out if all is in order.
