Casa Pyracantha (Firethorn) is a charming holiday home with a beautiful garden and private swimming pool, located just 200 metres from the popular sandy beach of El Palmar.
Set on a lovingly landscaped 2,000 m² plot, the property is surrounded by palm trees and Mediterranean plants, creating a peaceful, almost tropical atmosphere. The private swimming pool is fully enclosed by a glass safety fence, offering extra security for families with children while preserving uninterrupted views of the beautiful garden. The covered terrace features a large dining table and comfortable armchairs, making it the perfect place to enjoy meals outdoors. A cosy lounge area provides an inviting space to relax and spend quality time with family and friends.
Inside, the house offers a spacious open-plan living and dining area. The high white wooden ceiling creates a bright, airy and elegant atmosphere. The living room is furnished with a large sofa, two comfortable armchairs, a Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen blends seamlessly into the living area. Its generous U-shaped layout provides plenty of workspace and makes cooking together a pleasure. A powerful air conditioning system keeps the living area cool during the summer and provides comfortable heating in the cooler months.On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, ceiling fan and built-in wardrobe. They share a bathroom with a walk-in shower and double washbasin.
Upstairs, there is a third bedroom with a double bed. This room is open to the living area below and features its own air conditioning as well as a private terrace with a table. From here, you can enjoy wonderful views over the garden and towards the sea. As the room is located beneath a sloping roof, headroom is limited in some areas. There is also a separate WC with a maximum ceiling height of 1.20 metres.
