We pride ourselves on providing a warm, "homy" atmosphere where you can instantly kick back and relax. Our home is designed for seamless large-group hosting across three levels:
Ground Floor Hub (1st Level): The social heart of the villa! This floor features a bright, airy living room, a spacious dining area for shared meals, and a functional, fully equipped kitchen. It also includes one accessible bedroom—ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
First Floor (2nd Level): This floor acts as a private living quarter, housing three additional restful bedrooms, perfect for winding down after a busy day.
Second Floor & Rooftop Terrace (3rd Level): The villa's crowning jewel! This level features the final bedroom suite and opens up to an expansive terrace. It’s the perfect backdrop for panoramic sunset views of the surrounding desert.

Our outdoor areas are designed to maximize comfort and group fun, directly accessible from the villa. When you step outside, you are welcomed by:
The Starlight Lounge: Unwind on our synthetic grass patio, which lights up in the evening under a cozy, warm glow. This versatile space is furnished with a mix of comfortable, padded papasan chairs, a classic covered swing bench, and relaxing hammocks. It's the ultimate spot to gather for evening conversation and starlit BBQs using the on-site grill.
The Kids' Splash Zone: A favorite for families! We feature a large, inflatable plunge pool setup. It provides a refreshing escape where the kids can safely cool off and play while the adults supervise from the patio seating.
With quick access to major roads and the serenity of the open desert right at your doorstep, this villa is the perfect blend of practical utility and relaxing getaway. We can't wait to host you!
1. For equestrian enthusiast we arrange group desert horse rides for small fee of AED 500, upto 6 people.
2. For hosting celebration parties we bake the most delicious custom cakes you've ever tried, base price is AED 170 for 1Kg Cake - in partnership with @sabsalcakes on Insta.
3. Inflatable pool for the kids ages between 4-10 years. If you'd like us to set things up for you please let us in advance.
