About this house rental
Le Verger du Goëlo – A family home by the sea
Less than a kilometre from the sea, in the heart of a magnificent 7,000 m² garden with trees, the Verger du Goëlo is an invitation to slow down. Surrounded by many fruit trees, lulled by the song of the birds and the discreet presence of a small pond where the frogs sometimes give their concert, this comfortable house offers a privileged holiday setting for nature lovers who are looking for peace and quiet and proximity to the sea.
From the property, a few minutes of operation are enough to reach the hiking trails and the famous GR34, a mythical hiking trail that runs along the entire Breton coast and reveals superb panoramas of the bay of Paimpol.
A real family home
Le Verger du Goëlo is above all a house where you immediately feel at home. Former residence of Fabienne's parents, it has retained the warm atmosphere of family homes where it is good to meet, while being perfectly equipped to accommodate up to 8 people, summer and winter.
With nearly 200 m² of living space, it offers:
• 4 bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor,
• 2 bathrooms,
• 1 large living room with open kitchen,
• 1 pleasant south-facing veranda, bathed in light.
Inside and out, everything is provided for sharing good times: cooking, dining with the family, watching a movie, reading quietly or simply enjoying the garden when you return from the beach or hiking.
All the comforts of today
The house is fully equipped so that all you have to do is put your suitcases down:
• central heating by heat pump,
• very high-speed fibre internet connection,
• fully equipped kitchen,
• laundry room with washing machine and dryer,
• bed linen and towels provided,
• beds made before your arrival.
Between wild coast and family beaches
The sea is accessible on foot by a pretty path joining the GR34. The first pebble coves can be discovered less than a kilometre away, while the beautiful sandy beach of Bréhec, popular with families and lined with restaurants, is only 5 km away, less than ten minutes away by car.

Le Verger du Goëlo is an excellent starting point for exploring the treasures of northern Brittany: Paimpol, the island of Bréhat, the cliffs of Goëlo, the abbey of Beauport, the Pink Granite Coast, the ports of character, the Breton markets and the many coastal paths. A pleasant mix of cultural visits, water and sports activities, immersion in nature and discovery of the most beautiful tourist sites.
Here, between land and sea, everyone finds their own rhythm. Some will discover Brittany, others will simply choose to enjoy the garden, pick some fruit depending on the season or enjoy the calm of the place.
Welcome to the Verger du Goëlo, a house where you come to spend holidays... and where you often want to return.
