Guests have full, private access to the entire home and outdoors except the locked owner’s closets on both floors and crawlspace.

MANDATORY COMMUNITY FEES (PAID TO ARROWHEAD LAKE)

Please note: Arrowhead Lake Community resort fees are separate from your Vrbo booking total and are required by Arrowhead Lake for all guests. Nature’s escape collects these fees on the community’s behalf prior to arrival, as required by the HOA based on how many guests (age 6+), number of nights, and vehicles you'll be bringing.

Current Fees:
• In-Season (May–September): $8.50 per person, PER DAY OR $42.50 weekly
• Off-Season: $2.00 per person, PER DAY
• Applies to all guests ages 6+
• $20 registration fee
• $20 vehicle fee per vehicle


Community QR codes/passes is required for amenity access and gate entry during your stay.

VEHICLE & GUEST INFORMATION REQUIRED

To register your stay with the community, please provide the following for EACH vehicle:
• Driver’s full name, Email ID
• Vehicle year, make, and model
• License plate number
• State of registration
• Number of guests age 6 and above

IMPORTANT:
All registration information must be submitted at least 5 days prior to arrival and no later than 3 days before arrival to avoid a $100 expedited processing fee as per community policy. Failure to provide the registration information may result in your booking getting cancelled without a refund. No changes can be made within 24 hours of check-in date.

For your convenience, I will personally coordinate your HOA registration and processing of the required resort fees once your Guest Registration Form is completed. The applicable fees will be requested through Vrbo once registration completed, ensuring a seamless arrival experience so you can simply relax and enjoy your stay.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.

Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.

*** If you have declined Vrbo's travel insurance it is highly suggested you buy your own through a third-party. We have a strict cancellation policy and cannot refund due to unexpected travel delays or changes, emergencies, weather, illness or other travel related situations.

* No smoking, e-cigarettes and vaping (If there is any evidence of indoor smoking, a $500 penalty will apply, and your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund for any unused nights).

* Respect quiet hours (Sunday - Thursday: 9 PM to 7AM and Friday - Saturday: 10PM to 8AM) and neighbors
* Primary guest must be at least 25 years old to book
* Do not leave food or trash outside
* All trash must be taken to designated community compactors
* No road/street side parking
* For the safety and enjoyment of all residents and guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to all community speed limits. Any citations or fines incurred during your stay will be the responsibility of the registered guest and will be forwarded accordingly.
* No unregistered guests

▶ During check-in, you will find towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper provided for your convenience. Please note that we do not provide additional supplies during your stay, so we recommend planning accordingly.

SECURITY CAMERAS

The property has 3 exterior security cameras in plain sight for safety purposes only. There are no interior or hidden cameras. Backyard camera does not view the hot tub for guest privacy.

*** WILDLIFE AND NATURE ***

Nestled among the trees, our home offers a luxurious escape immersed in nature. While the property is professionally cleaned and professional pest control, you may still encounter local wildlife such as bears, deer, squirrels, birds, or seasonal insects etc. These natural encounters are part of the authentic Pocono woodland experience and are beyond our control.


**** TRASH & RECYCLING CENTER ****

The Trash & Recycling Center is located behind the Welcome Center at the Main Gate. There is no curbside pick-up. Household garbage and recycling is to be separated and disposed of ONLY at the Trash & Recycling Center. Gate pass is needed for entry at the Main Gate.

Open Daily – 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. | Staffed – 8 a.m. – 2 p.m., 2:30 p.m. – 6 p.m. (Hours are subject to change during holidays/inclement weather.)

Please Note: Disposing of trash at any other location including community trash cans or in private dumpsters is prohibited!

• For safety reasons, children should always be supervised while using the fire pit, hot tub or community amenities.

• By booking, guests acknowledge that use of the hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor amenities is at their own risk.

*** HOT TUB: Use at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. No glass, food, smoking, pets, soaps, oils, or bath bombs. Replace and latch the cover after each use. Guests are responsible for damage or excessive cleaning caused by misuse. Quiet hours must be observed while using the hot tub.

*** Burn bans may occur: fire pit use must comply with current rules; guests are responsible for any fines
