This inviting one-bedroom condo is located on the first floor of Aqua Blue Condominium, a peaceful and beautiful oceanfront residential community located in Playa Chiquita, just a short walk from the heart of Sosúa. Its prime location offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility, ideal for a relaxing getaway. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and a comfortable, cozy bedroom, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.
From the shared pool and deck area, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, along with stunning sunrises and sunsets, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the natural beauty of the area.
The complex offers excellent amenities, including:
-24-hour security
-Backup power generator
-Free private parking
-Swimming pool
-Jacuzzi (not heated, but with bubble features and lighting)
You’ll also find restaurants, bars, banks, and supermarkets within walking distance, making your stay both easy and enjoyable.
Please note: The apartment itself does not have a direct ocean view; the balcony faces the garden. Ocean views can be enjoyed from the shared pool and deck area.

Additional notes:
- A one-time cleaning fee of USD $50 is added to all reservations at the time of booking. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional cleaning fee of USD $50 per each additional week will be due and will be collected through a reservation modification.
- Check-in window frame is from 3:00pm - 5:00pm. Check outs at 11am.
- Early check-in (before 3:00 PM) and late check-in (after 5:00 PM) are available upon request, subject to availability, and incur an additional fee of USD $20.
- Late check-out (after 12:00 PM) is available upon request, subject to availability, and incurs an additional fee of USD $20.
LONG TERM RENTALS:
LONG TERM RENTALS have a jaw-droppingly discount applied but this price EXCLUDES electricity, laundry and housekeeping. The electric meter would be read at check-in and then at check-out and would be paid in cash based on consumption.
