⭐Guests will have full access to the entire cottage, including all living areas, bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and outdoor spaces. You'll also have access to the amenities within the Big Bass Lake community—including lakes, beaches, pools, sports courts, and recreational areas—with the purchase of a community amenity pass.
⭐Guests have access to a spacious private driveway with parking for up to three vehicles. Please park vehicles one behind the other to maximize space.
⭐ Our cottage is in a beautiful, wooded setting, so you may see bugs, cobwebs, or wildlife and hear lots of nature sounds—that’s part of the charm! With all the trees around, leaves, pollen, and pine needles can naturally appear on outdoor surfaces even after cleaning.
⭐ The cottage does not have central air conditioning. That said, many guests find it comfortably cool due to the surrounding trees and shaded location. A window air conditioner is installed for the summer season, and because the cottage is small and efficient in layout, it is typically more than sufficient to keep the entire space comfortable.
⭐Guests are welcome to use the propane grill. Propane is not provided or replenished by the host, and any refills are the responsibility of the guest.
