My summer home in Egmond aan Zee can accommodate up to 3 people. There are beds for 4 people, but the living room is actually too small for that. It’s simply furnished, but everything you need is there.
Very convenient location.
Just 300 meters from the beach.
Centrally located, yet in a very quiet area.
100 meters from the supermarket (Deka)
50 meters from bike rentals
250 meters from downtown (Pomplein - Voorstraat)
200 meters from the dunes (hiking)
200 meters from bars, eateries, restaurants, etc.

Bedroom 1 (first floor): bunk bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) with comfortable mattresses and comforters

Private parking space right in front of the house, so no parking problems ever

24"Smart TV and digital radio with CD player/DAB+/Internet radio/Bluetooth/Wi-Fi, etc.

The kitchen is equipped with both a coffee maker and a Senseo machine, a kettle, a microwave with oven function, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a 4-burner gas stove, and more than enough cutlery, plates, pans, and glasses.
Towels and bed linens are included as standard (no extra charges)
Please note: There is a steep staircase leading to the bedroom upstairs. Not suitable for people with mobility issues.
Rentals are generally for full weeks only, from Saturday to Saturday. Different rental periods are possible only upon consultation.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking indoors is not allowed.
